1) Extremely low out of pocket costs for the Borrower.

 2) No liens or personal guarantees

3) Borrower retains 100% of the equity.

4) Ten years to repay loan.

5. Borrower can opt for a three year grace period before making payments.

6. This is an interest only (4% to 6%) loan – No loan principal is repaid.

7. All significant costs associated with loan are added to loan amount (broker fees, insurance policy, first three years interest, etc.)

8. 100% of loan amount is provided to borrower within 30 days of close.

9. 100% financing is possible (usually tied to management track record).
